Think Bigger. Lead Differently.
Apply What Matters.
The LTEN Learning Executive Forum is a curated experience for senior life sciences learning leaders — beginning with the immersive Disney Institute professional development program, Disney’s Approach to Creativity in Business, and continuing with executive-level dialogue focused on pull-through, application and action.
Complimentary attendance is available to qualified executives and includes full participation in all Forum components. Registration is subject to approval capacity, and event terms.

A Different Kind of Executive Forum
The LTEN Learning Executive Forum is intentionally designed for senior learning and development leaders across pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and diagnostics organizations.
This is not a traditional conference. It is a focused executive experience created for leaders who want the space to think beyond day-to-day demands, engage with peers facing similar challenges and explore fresh ideas that can be applied back in their organizations.
The experience begins with Disney Institute, which empowers business professionals and teams around the world to ignite excellence through immersive learning experiences drawing on expertise from leaders across The Walt Disney Company.
That immersive learning sets the stage for a second day centered on executive pull-through — peer dialogue, shared insight and practical application for today’s life sciences learning environment.
